Iyaz (pronounced EYE-yaz) is a singer-songwriter from Tortola, British Virgin Islands who has made an undeniable stamp on the music industry and in the culture of the Virgin Islands. He rose to fame in 2009 with his hit song “Replay,” which reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It also became certified multi-platinum by the RIAA, and topped charts in several countries, including the UK.
Other standout singles include “Solo,” “So Big” and “Pretty Girls” with Travie McCoy.
In 2010, Iyaz released his debut album and went on to be an opening act on Justin Bieber’s “My World Tour” in select cities.
